Care Instructions:

To preserve the quality of your art print, please handle it with care. Avoid exposing the print to direct sunlight or excessive moisture, as this can cause fading or damage. For cleaning, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning solutions.

 

Taxes, Shipping & Handling Charges:

Shipping carriers are selected to ensure the most efficient delivery for each order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

California residents will incur sales tax as determined by the state of California and/or the county where the delivery is made.

 

Order Processing:

All art prints are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. Shipping times may vary by carrier, with most US deliveries arriving within 5-7 business days. International shipments may experience additional delays depending on the destination country.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

Customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and address any delivery issues directly with the carrier.

LO3TUS WORLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. LO3TUS WORLD will not replace any packages.
